New Schecter (Gretsch-like) guitar !

Schecter has a fairly new (from what i know) signature guitar!

Robin Zander, legendary singer and guitarist of Cheap Trick, has a Schecter sig model, and its very much like a Gretsch 6122 or a White Falcon with double cutaways.

Well, there are plenty of actual Gretsch guitars out there with painted-on F holes.

I would have never guessed Robin Zander to be a candidate for a sig guitar, but it looks pretty cool. I have yet to play a modern Schecter that I actually like though.

I'm not a gold hardware guy, so this doesn't appeal to me much. But it's a different direction for Schecter, so kudos to them for that.

They've had it for a while, and it's pretty sweet actually. The Guitar Center b my house has one, and if no one picks it up in the next few months, I might have to take it off their hands. You know, just so they can get rid of it (will be my explanation to my wife).

I do really like the look of it ! Real F holes would be so much cooler then fake ones, but it looks nice.
