Ordered a magnet from Add-fx

i tried to email him through his ebay account but i haven't heard any response yet.
i always see addiction-fx plastered all over the SD forum, so i'm not too concerned.
he's reliable though, right?

Try calling.
They haven't quite gotten their website order fulfillment figured out, it seems.
I was told you get a better response if you use their eBay store.

And yes, they are reliable, just not terribly efficient.
It's definitely a family business, so be patient.

Few weeks ago, I ordered a couple of mags from them. Ordered on sunday evening, got confirmation next day they were shipped, arrived by thursday. That's seriously fast. Previously though, it had taken between 7 to 14 days to arrive.

Ive ordered off of their website and off of the Ebay store. You will get better response off of the ebay store as that is where they dedicate most of their time. In their defense, they have always shipped me my orders promptly whether it be there website or their ebay store. They never return phone calls though...

I have always gotten my goods no problem. I would highly recomend them but you will have better luck on ebay. Unless you cannot find a mag on ebay, then order it on the site. I recomen them overall. Always good business none the less.

If you've ordered through their eBay store, it looks like you didn't complete the transaction. Look at your PayPal account to see if it made the payment. I guess it didn't.

I received my UOA5 from Addiction-FX a few days ago so I guess the shipping was slow but not as bad as I had expected from reading some posts in this forum.

I'm surely not in a hurry to try it in the JB, I will eventually though.

lot of stories going around about them slow to ship. they are pleasant to deal with, but it would be nice if there were more options with regard to sources for magnets.
