    Question Vintage Alnico II pro???




    Can someone please help me identify this pickups?

    They look like Alnico II pro's to me. You have them backwars though. The "B" should be in the bridge spot and the "N" should be in the neck spot.

    Im not 100% sure, but i think the "J" means they were wound by MJ in the custom shop. Good luck man

    They were wound by MJ. If I'm not mistaken those are the same pickups and era, Slash has in his Derrig LP.

    depends on when they were made.
    There was someone else with the letter 'J'
    in the first half of the 80s

    It's written in black and white... "J" means Juarez, which means Maricela Juarez, head of the Seymour Duncan Co. Custom Shop and p'up winder extraordinaire.
