Digitech's processors were always last on my list for the same reason. They look like cheap toys when compared to other's floorboards.

I was really interested in the Vox floorboard until I read some bad things about on harmony central. I think I read that because the wah and distortion are on the same patch, you can't use them both simutaneously. And there's debate on whether or not that tube has any affect on tone.

The Line 6 floorboard looks like a really good model, but I've never tried it.
If I know I'm going crazy, I must not be insane.

I enjoyed my Digitech RP-50 when I was starting out. It's a fun little toy. It's not going to improve your playing because it pretty much has no dynamics. Hit the string perfect or a little off, it sounds the same, very forgiving. But easy to shred on. Digitech has it's place, it's not the worst.
