Mesa Mark III Blue Stripe for sale

Gas has struck and I'm gonna have to let my beloved MKIII Blue Stripe go. It has simulclass and the graphic EQ as well. This thing is a IIC+ on a budget!!! I've a/b'd it with my friends IIC+ and they sound identical...I **** you not! It's in great shape overall, except for the tolex is beginning to seperate slightly along the seem on the top left of the amp. It'll come with your choice of either a fairly new set of integrated Ruby tubes (2 EL34's and 2 6l6's) or a mateched quad of Sovtek labeled Engl 6l6's. $850 obo shipped in the CONUS

i'm no mesa amp guru...i just know i like the sound lol...anyway, what does the blue stripe mean? i see it on the back but why is it special that it's a blue stripe...what other stripes are there? time for class...boogie info 101

My MKIII is a green stripe I would like to compare it to others to see how much difference there really is... The one that seems to get people most excited is the blue stripe ones...
