I"m using them in my tele and they are very fat in the Tele version. The strat version I haven't had of the pleasure of playing with. They sound a lot more like a P90 than any other strat singles, but at the same time they aren't a P90. Very cool pups.

You'll use it, boy, and as long as you hate using it, you will use it more wisely than most men would. Wait. If ever you don't hate it any longer, then will be the time to throw it as far as you can and run the other way.”

i use both the strat a tele versions. great rock pups, high output punchy tone with way less high end than a vintage type pup. still has a single coil type tone but with more beef to it

How 'bout compared with the SSL-3? I'm guessin' from the tone chart that the Quarter pounders are brighter than the SSL-3. Do they sound that way?

Which is the best rocking pup of the 3 here in question?
