help with right hand technique

hey ive been playing for almost 3 years.....my right hand technique is not very good in my opinion....i was wondering if u had anytips for any kind of right hand picking techniques to increase speed and accuarcy

I attached a file that alot of people found to be helpful when I gave it to them.

Its for your left and right hand. Works on accurate right hand picking and co-ordination between both hands

Play some Metallica or Megadeth without alternate picking.

Try downstroking only and keep your palm by the bridge to dampen the strings when necessary is my advice. Build up the strength in your right arm. Learn to play scales up and down the strings (within a five fret box), that will train your picking hand for transitioning from string to string and your fretting hand will increase in dexterity tremondously. It worked very well for me. Also, headbanging helps to keep rythym. LOL
