I was hoping that would get your attention.
How would ya compare a JAZZb and a 59b? And would you happen to know how they sound split?
hahaha... good trick, though a PM would have done it better.
On the other day, this does open up the information to everyone.

Nice title..LOL...Sorry, but I don't know how the jazz sounds split. I like the way the 59 sounds split alot though. Anyways, the 59 and jazz are somewhat similar. I'd have to say the jazz has a little less bass than the 59 and is alot more clear/articulate. The 59 has more bass and is a little fuller than the jazz, but that's nothing that can't be cured with eq. I actually love the 59, but I prefer the jazz for it's clarity. The jazz has a little more of an upper midrange as well. The jazz is alot more glassier as well. The jazz model has always reminded me of having the characteristics of a tele's lipstick neck pickup somewhat.

Jolly is awesome and I Liked the attention you got on your posting..Got mine!Originally Posted by korovamilkdud

I was just looking at the specs for the Jazz...apparently the Bridge and Neck are wound pretty close...7.72 to 7.9. So I could probably get a REALLY good idea of what the bridge version sounds like just by putting the neck version in the bridge, couldn't I?

You just liked me for my hair:afro:Originally Posted by Gearjoneser
