How can you find out the DC Resistance of one of the coils of humbuckers from the specifications on this site? Tapped single coils appear to be approximately half of the full coil, is it the same with humbuckers?

Yup. DC resistance divided by 2 will give you one coil - with two exceptions:
Duckbuckers and Vintage Rails are DC resistance times two. (For one coil.)
yes it does .. another exception to the divide by 2 ruleOriginally Posted by skyydogg01

Thanks a lot, you've probably saved me a lot of money on trying out various pickups. So standard wiring for duckbuckers and vintage rails, and that other one, is parallel?

Ooops . . . forgot about the PG.![]()
Yes, sorta . . . VR's and Duck's are parallel, PG's are coils of two different values, so divide-by-two won't work.
And while we're on the subject, the new VR's and Ducks are 4-wire, so that you can connect them any way you want.![]()
