    Default Silencing the Wah??

I have a Dunlop Crybaby 535-decent, but I've become a bit unhappy with the hiss when it engages.
Is this inherent in all wahs or just this one?
    Any tips to fix it?

    Best regards,
    Dave

Hiss is pretty common...The fix is to upgrade the caps and use metal film resistors....You might also benefit from a new wah pot and adjust it so your full toe down tone isn't too bright...You just loosen the little plastic gear retainer clamp and readjust the gear that rides on the pot another notch or 2....
