    DKMGT And it's on my list too... despite the bolt on... but shhh...
    Another option would be the MIM strat or Tele, with progressive upgrades to it. A mutt would be too expensive I think.

    Schecter Blackjack
    Jackson DK2
    Jackson DKMG or MGT
    Jackson pro series soloists/rhoads...
    I made some concessions for some but what the heck...
