After considering a new LTD EC-400 ATS or going all the way and getting the Eclipse II with JB/59 pups, I've struck gold. I just won an ebay auction for the ESP Eclipse with the duncans. This thing is going to be awesome. But now I fear for my own life, I have to tell the wife.

The only thing is I now have to confess my sins so that I can keep this badass guitar in good condition. My current guitar is about 8 years old now and all I've ever cleaned it with is Pledge. I know this is wrong, but there has been no harm so far. Can anyone recommend some decent guitar cleaning products, or is there any general purpose items that you would use?
I can't order from Musicans Enemy b/c while my address is for the U.S., it's actually in Germany and they won't ship chemicals. So, I need a company that ships to APO addresses.

Sweet axe. Very nice. As for the polishing, go get some Martin Guitar cleaner. It's all I've ever used and works great. Furnature polish is actually abrasive and can harm the guitar finish.
