Default Anyone know Barry Melton's equipment?

I like Country Joe and the Fish alot, but I kind of want to know what Barry Melton was playing through during the late 60's. I am guessing a tele, but can't even begin on the amp. Ii hope at least one person out there knows who I'm talking about.

Barry owned the very first Mesa boogie...before that he played through a BF Princeton.

I guess I can't complain, I did reach my goal. Thanks for the info. Nobody else would happen to know if my guess about the tele was correct would they?

I believe that Barry was/is primarily an SG user. I don't recall ever seeing him pictured with a tele.

When I saw them in the late -60s he played a Les Paul-SG with a side-to-side trem, i.e. a really early one. He had also used a saw on that guitar (!!!) to make some flip-out figures of the body.
