    Default Can someone tell me the properties of these brands of strings please?

    Hi I basically would like to know the general tonal properties of these string brands.

    Dr Tite
    D'Addario EXL
    GHS Boomers
    Ernie Ball

    also any of these brands feel tighter compared to the others of the same gauge?

    I am looking for something around this gauge: 11, 14, 18, 28, 38, 48 49 0r 50
