Default Help With Wiring An Ibanez, Please!!!!

Ive got a DD/59 that i'm trying to wire into an Ibanez RG350. Sounds straight forward enough, but the 5 way switch is not the usual type, (it's got 8 tags, in line). This is complicated further by me removing the middle Single coil, which i dont use/want. Idealy I would want the switching to be 1 bridge HB, 2 both HB's, 3 both inner coils, 4 neck SC, 5 neck HB.
If anyone is familiar with this kind of switching, and how to wire it with this damn 5way it would be most appreciated. Simpler switching suggestions also welcome, as Im not the most electricly minded as you've probably guessed.
    Cheers, Pete.

im a noob on this as well... but i do have the same guitar and changed both HBs (DiMarzios) on it and kept the SC... the first thing i noticed was that switch too... and secondly i learned the hot and ground wires are reversed and learned about the hard way, i.e. was out of phase.

for your purposes, the other guys here can help you out... especially Artie.

though i don't think you can do that kinda switching with your stock switch. just a guess.

Hi Lifeson. Go to the home page and click support look at wiring diagrams and you should be alright. I just did the same thing tonight only I chose the 1 volume 1 tone 3 way option. Bridge, both and neck. On my switch, I took the black from my bridge to pin 1 the black from the neck to pin 3 pin 4 goes to the vol. pot and jumper pin 2 and 7. Switch position 1 and 2 both give you the bridge the middle is both and positions 4 and 5 are the neck. Some day I will get a 3 way switch but for now I'm rockin!!!!
