Default Dropped the hammer on my project today!!!

So I know I've been talking about this for a while but I sent the deposit on my guitar today and building should commence soon. Here are the specs:

    Body Honduran Mahogany
Neck 2 laminations of Honduran Mahongany, PRS widefat profile
    Fingerboard Bolivian Rosewood
    Pickup Rings Black
    Headplate n/a

    Purfling n/a

Tuners Gotoh 18:1 M-style machines (black)
Bridge / Tailpiece Gotoh Floating Tremelo system (black)
    Switching 3-way
Pickups Seymour Duncan Invaders (2) (black)
Truss Rod Dual-Action low profile welded nut
    Frets Dunlop Nickel Wide Jumbo
    Knobs Barrel-style (black)
    Pots (1) 500k volume
    Strap buttons Schallers locking (black)
    Jack flush mount
Cavity covers black ABS or color matched

    Scale Length 24 3/4"
    Frets 24
    Nut Width 1 5/8"
    String Spacing 2 1/8"

    - Ultra 7000 Glamour Clearcoat Body Finish with Hot Pink Basecoat

Its a replica of Paul Gilbert's Ibanez Destroyer/Iceman hybrid (iceman lower horn.)
I'm including a pic of what its gonna look like, except it will have black binding and the knob and switch moved more towards the bridge. It'll also have matching hot pink (to body and neck) star inlays on the fretboard. And no fringe like in the pic.....well, we'll see. Hahahahaha. I'm damn stoked. Along with that other thread, real men really do play pink guitars.

That'll be pretty cool...as long as you don't have the fringe. That might be a little too much. Definitely an 80's guitar.
It's hard to be metal in girl pants.

Nah, I don't really ever plan on putting fringe on anything; especially a guitar. I can't begin to imagine how annoying/hard it would be to try and play that thing with fringe on the neck. But I guess if you're Paul Gilbert, even the most difficult of setbacks become trivial when it comes to playing guitar.

Awesome! I love Paul Gilbert and his choice of colors/style. No minibucker in the neck?
I get to go to a lot of overseas places, like Canada.

Nah. I thought about it or a DMZ humbucker from hell, but I've never really used a minibucker and wouldn't know what to get or where to start with one. That and I know I want an Invader in the bridge and think that if you use one invader, you gotta use two cause it just don't look right otherwise. Plus, regardless of what people say, I think they sound fine as a neck pickup.
