Hey man. Great playing and great vibe. I love this song. I love how Wayne floats over the time.

This is one of my favorites to play as well. I learned it out of a Jazz Guitar play along book. Now i'm kinda tempted to record it as well. I'll post it here and you can hear it.

    This is the book: http://www.sheetmusicplus.com/pages....k=&r=wwws-err5

If you like stuff like this, you'll really love this book. PM me if you want me to send you the backing tracks :P :P

I also got 3 more jazz play along book backing tracks that you might like: Jazz Guitar Standards, Jazz Guitar Favorites, and Jazz Guitar Classics.

Seafoamer is right! Sounds alot like Metheny. But Metheny would have thrown more chromatics into the mix. I see you have a little Holdsworth/Tribal Tech thing going on as well.

    Peace Bro!

    Thanks for the comments!

I played it very simple and it has some bumps here and there but I´m working on it

Yeah, Holdsworth and Tribal Tech are cool to me as Metheny is, too =)

Just follow Miles baby! Any modern musician that ignores Miles Davis does so at thier own peril. The man is the father of several styles alone. From cool, to freebop, to fusion. He fathered them all. If you wanna take it to the next level of musical evolution then listen to the inovator! All of the 20th century jazz musicians after Charlie Parker wished they were Miles Davis! LOL!

very nice playing ... couldve used a touch more volume in the mix (or have the piano a touch lower)

you got a very nice tone too ... very balanced

    thanks for sharing it

    Thanks!

I´ve mixed the thing down with headphones..but you´re right..the guitar is a bit low through the speakers

Ok, sometimes the guitar lacks of definition but a Ibanez RG isn´t made for this but I do it nevertheless
