we recorded the Drums today and we will record the rest tomorrow.

marfin Neck, Rosewood 22 fretboard, Marupá Body.
Dimarzio Class of 55 neck, stock pup middle and Bill Lawrence L 500 XL bridge.
through a Marshall VS 100 with marshall Goldback speaker 1x12.
with Boss Metalzone distortion and boss dd-3 digital delay on the Solo.

the recording sessions are DONE.
the final results are very good. i expected a lot LESS, but it has a good feeling and a lot of speed riffs.
some mistakes in the TEMPOS of the songs, because me and the drummer get nervous when we recorded ours instruments ALONE, so.... forget those mistakes.
i guess the sound quality is very good
it was captured by that Sonar cakewalk 2.0.

i record all my guitars with one marshall Valvestate 100 with the distortion of the metalzone mt-2 from boss.
i used a jim dunlop crybaby for the solo, and a boss dd-3 digital Delay.
i mixed the whole stuff with the owner of teh studio, Charlens Ben"Ton" ahahahaahah!

I just want to hear from you who could host 2 mp3 tracks .
Proxy and Nuntius said to me that they are able to host the files, but im waiting if anyone can do it Firs and fast

Ok.....well now that I ran around and bludgeoned everyone in my entire neighborhood I'll give my review. God dayem that's some heavy ass shlt!!! It's not my cup of tea, but I think it's good for what it is. I thought the drums and bass sounded really good and had a nice sound to them. The guitars were just waaaaay too distorted (imagine that ) for my tastes, but I realize that's what you're all about so that's cool. The vocals were in the mix good, once again....that style just isn't what I'm into. Like I say, that's not what I'm into by any means, however I thought everything had had a really great mix to it and it sounded good for that style of music. With that said, I gotta go find another neighborhood to slaughter.

I think they're a little bit muddy in the real fast parts, but I thought they sounded good in the slowed down chunky parts.

I thought it sounded good, fit the song perfect, and was mixed in the song just the way it should be.

I'll say it again....I'm not into that super heavy kind of music at all. I mean I like some heavy stuff, but nothing nowhere near that heavy. Anyways, I think you should be really proud of yourself and the band. For the type of music it is it sounded good to me.

Damn man, NICE! I liked it. The guitars were a bit muddy, but nothing that cant be EQed out you know? I liked it, you have a very talented band. Other than the occasional mud, it was awesome, and you got some killer riffs.

Don't bother coming here, I did the whole damn town after getting me a serious dose of FULL DISTORTION!

Man, that's some serious shiznit. I think I just got hit by a truck... or a chair... I started a mosh pit right here in my own house, and I hurt myself.

I don't know what the singer was saying, but he scared the crap right out of me. I will not be able to sleep alone for some time now.

But seriously, it was definitely B-R-U-T-A-L. Like Jolly, it's not my cup of tea, but I think the product came out real nice. Your lead cut right on through, and like Jolly said, it fit the tune perfectly.

I would have given it 5 headbangers if DISTORTION were right here laying down the mayhem in my living room. Perhaps when you tour the US.

Holy Sh!t dude...that was f@cking killer. The solo is amazing as well, fits perfect, shows off your chops, and a killer tone. Cut's right through (talking about Belief). I listen to this type of music every day, and I can see you guys going pretty damn far. It's about the only blast beat style I can listen to as well.

..Nice work!! ..Though, I can't tell if you have a bassist(on both songs) or is just very low/deep or that it's distorted like the guitar? ..If the bass is just deep I think you should turn it up a little and maybe add a hair of treble. ...Though, my computer could just suck & it's just not picking-up on the bass.

Belief.mp3 - (IMO)The break-down part (2:19-2:52) could use a dragging-bass-line crawling along with the groove. Bass drum could use a little more treble & turned up a bit -maybe the snare too. ..The toms are good the way they are. ..I don't like cymbals that are too loud in a mix, so I think your's are fine like they are. ..I like that the solo stands-out & doesn't sound out of place or too bright with the rest of the music. ..Very cool track!!!

Well........... the drums was the worst part for me to mix. since we got a lot of trouble with the crappy drum skins TUNE, and the too shrill and high cymbals and all the rest
i did the better i could in the mix.
but if we where rent another drumkit as we planned, the drums could be better sounding, MUCH BETTER SOUNDING....
YAH, the bassist has a Extremmely dirty picking attack, no distortion used at all...
Yah, i agree! ITS HARD to hear the bass.
the reasons are: the bassist has a extremely dirty picking, he attack the strings with a LOT Soft Accoustick (nylon) guitar pick and the bass we used . is an active one, BUT, the bass is a 4 strings tuned and stringed as a 5 string bass. and through a marshall bass combo.
i´m so sorry about that. but it´s the way the guys of the band plays and the bassist is the foundator of the band.
and i like teh guys, the way the band sounds are ok(not to me, i can do it BETTER) , and we will try to make it BETTER next time. maybe a more crystal clear and warm guitar tone, more audible and sweet bass... (before we mixed the bass, it has that HOLLOW PIPE sound. terrible) and more consistent drum PERFORMANCE.
me and dthe drummer where too nervous to record our parts so. his muscles FREEZE, AND that is the reason Belief is a little bit OUT of tempo and out of the normal speed.
all the songs has a bit out of tempo. but , we will do it better next time.
So.. nothing BAD for the first demo right? :P
