Wiring help please...

ok, so i am trying to install a Duncan Jazz pickup in the neck position on my Brian Moore C90 (schaller Mega switch)... i have wired it exactly like my old pickup was (and according to the Schaller megaswitch schematics), and i'm getting funny results...

The split positions work fine, but the regular, full humbucker position does not generate any sound at all. I know the switch is good, because when i touch the tabs for that position, i hear a buzz, but there is no sound from the pickup.

Now i should tell you, i am not an experienced solderer, so i'm thinking the most likely reason is that i have a bad connection, BUT being that the split positions work, AND that i have tried the regular Hot from the neck humbucker three times, i don't know where else to look...

ok, i take that back, there IS a signal, but it is nearly inaudible...
