Default Seymour Duncan SH-8 Invader - question...

Some time ago I have bought a guitar with a SH8 pickup in the bridge. The former owner guaranteed that it is an original duncan. When I checked the back of pickup everything seemed to be original. The Seymour duncan logo is engravered, but one detail keeps concerning me. When I looked at a new sh-8 in the shop, there was additionally "made in America" under the logo. In my pickup there is no such thing. I would like to know whether my duncan is really an original one or maybe it is fake? Or is it just made somewhere in the east? It sounds very good and I'm pleased but this one thing keeps bugging me. I would be grateful for any answer.

The "made in america" thing was not included on our bottomplates originally. So it is wentirely possible to have a Duncan pickup without it on the bottom.

Wow, I'm sure the original poster was waiting patiently for over 6 years to tell him it sounds fine LOL!
