    Default Jackson pups

Hey, I'm putting my 99 Jackson Performer back together after a failed attempt to part it out and sell it. It's HSH, and I never use the middle single coil. Would it be possible to wire the two humbuckers up with the 5 way switch so they'd be regular and you could switch 'em to single coil? Something like this:

    1 neck humbucking
    2 neck single
3 neck and bridge single coils(hum cancelling?)
    4 bridge single
    5 bridge humbucking

Is this possible with a stock 5 way switch?

WIth the enclosed Performer 5 way: NO ide, I think not.

With a standard Switchcraft swithc, this Diagram will work, and is the only sensible way to wire up 2 hums to a standard 5 way. http://www.seymourduncan.com/support...way-w-spl.html

What you want will only be possible with a Megaswitch / Superswitch or similar.

How about just being able to have both humbuckers work regular, and just be able to split the neck? The only thing I really want is to be able to get that neck single coil going, really. Is that feasible with a stock switch?

Are the humbuckers even 4 conductor?? If not the entire idea is dead, anyway.

I´m pretty sure the plastic POS switch that´s stock in Korean performers (though the ´96 jap switches weren´t really better) doesn´t have the extra poles needed for coil tapping, but I may be off... I don´t generally concern myself with substandard electronics components

Yeah, the pups are four conductor, and the switch just has eight terminals in a row, that's what's getting me. Maybe Artietoo could lend one of those custom diagrams? ; )
