t4d thought it might come in black.
Any other suggestions for vintage strat tones from a H-S-H tele with PGn and CUSTOMb (I've also got JAZZn, APH-1n, CCb) thats set up for all split/series/parallel/phase combinations??

Thanks Greg--
Where did you get it? Do you have any problem with "dropout" when you bend? Is it hot enough to mount low?

Yes they do come in black, as Greg noted.
The Stack Plus is a little thicker in tone but as close as I've ever heard to having the tone of a vintage Strat pickup in a humbucking design.
You want to mount it further from the strings than normal? In the middle position maybe? You might want to go for the bridge model as it is stronger than the neck and middle.

Thanks BachToRock--
I just needed the bridge and I ordered it earlier from SamAsh (Lew didn't have it in stock).

I got mine from music123. they were the only ones who had it in black when I wanted to buy. I will not give money to sam ash because of something they did to me at one of their stores.
