Default East Coast / Southeast Jam This Summer?

Seems the old thread is gone.

I'm just outside of Charlotte, NC. I'd like to offer my place up for a jam for anyone who wants to come...not just east coasters or southeast residents.

I have a HUGE garage / warehouse at my car lot. For those who attended UGD it's as big if not bigger than the hotel banquet room where we had the jam. 30 foot ceilings, concrete floor, wood walls..insulated, ect. Heated and A/C. We're in an industrial area, so no noise constraint issues at all. There is a Super 8 right across the highway that folks could walk to. I have enough space to park approximately 300 cars, so parking is not an issue.

If we get enough serious interest, I will drive over to Splawn Amplification and see if he is willing to donate some amps and cabs for the event.

Anytime this summer...I have no plans to go anywhere. Let some dates fly and we'll try to nail down one final time.

I'm game. I'll bring the cherry Edana with Mojotone equipped 2x12. I'll also bring a couple of strat-alikes and the hamer archtop.

    Should I bring beer?

I may be up for it. I'd like to go, but we'll have to see what's going on then.

Ok, someone at least pick a month...then I'll look at the calendar. I think we are too close to June to seriously schedule anything, unless it's the last weekend in June.

Does July, August or September work better for anyone?

The later the better for me, but since I may not be able to come anyway, don't let that be what decides.
