    Default Charvel/Jackson Users

    I was digging through a box of papers and found this old Charvel/Jackson
    ad from 1985--some of these guys are still playing, others have apparently
    faded away.

    For the heck of it, I left the names out--can you ID who these guys are
    without Googling it? Interesting to note that they're not all metal players.

    Not George Lynch, but I think the Lynch dude from Autograph - can't remember his 1st name. Bottom left with the squiggly line looks like a heart monitor.

    Some of those guys are obscure and not really known, unless you were
    really into '80s metal--like the black dude in front with the red
    headband (I know you know, Gearjoneser)!

    The "Autograph" guitarist is Steve Lynch, the guy with the big smile is
    Vinnie Vincent (Kiss, VV Invasion).

    Nobody by the last name of DeMartini, Leno or Ellefson in that picture

    Amir's buddy, Chris Hagar, 7, both of Rough Cutt. Ron Keel's guitarist, Ferrari, 5.

    I bet that Ferrari's bandmate would be there, the guy I was thinking was Chris Holmes, 12.

    Actually, you got bunch of the right names, but with the wrong faces!
    BTW, I remember seeing Chris Holmes playing a Rhoads model guitar in
    one of those WASP videos--but he isn't in this ad, either!
