Open back. They come with 2 Vintage 30's that get the acetone 'break-in' treatment. I love the Chieftain. It's the biggest clean tone I've ever heard, and sounds unreal with the strats and tele.

You sold Plexis for the Bogner, you sure it was worth losing ALL your Plexis? what were they?

Just like you, I jonesed HARD when I saw that white chassis Bogner come up in the recycler. I got the guy down to $2175 for the head and $700 for the 4-12, so I fronted all my money, then sold off a modded 71 Superbass, modded 1987X, and handwired boutique plexi, a Brittone 50. Sometimes, I wish I had that 71 back, since it sounded great and was once owned by Billy Duffy from the Cult.
    You can't keep everything though.

The reason you see my amp with both metalfront and canefront headshells is because the amp came with metalfront, but I found a new canefront shell on Ebay for $200. I got it so I could have 2 different looks for it.
Even though you see 2 Bogner halfstacks, the one on the roadcase platform belonged to Stabbing Westward. It was an amp I just moved for a profit.
It also gave me an opportunity to compare a 'white chassis' original Ecstasy to a recent 101B. My original 94 sounded a little better on all the channels.

I'd be quite happy with just the Legacy, the Chieftain, and the D-28. You can keep the rest

Seriously though - only one Tele? What's wrong with you?!?

Anyway, that racecar strat is 100% the coolest of them all.
