    Default emg's P90s

Does anyone have any knowledge of how these active P81, P85 and P60 emgs sound? I'm thinking of maybe putting them into my les paul special.

According to EMG, they sound identical to their humbucking counterparts.

Tattooed Carrot had a set for awhile there, you might ask him about it. But yeah, it's supposed to be the same tone, just in p90 housings.

Also XXSIVE (Mike) have/had them in a Schecter Tempest guitar, you might ask him.

To me the idea of taking a p90 guitar and putting humbuckers in is sacrilege whether their dimarzios or EMG's. I can understand if maybe you found out p90's aren't your cup of tea but still they are pretty versatile.
