getting ready to put lil 59 bridge and lil 59 neck in highway one tele ,how come tele pickguards don,t have foil on them, also thinking about disconnecting tone pot, any thoughts?

Hey ,if you dont use the tone knob yank er out and see what you think. As for the foil,I dont know why, but I wouldnt sweat it much with a couple 59's.You should'nt get much noise with them.

A couple of Lil 59's should make for an interesting Tele. Not exactly "traditional", but who cares. None of my guitars are traditional.
