combining fender and SD single coils

Wondering if anything I need to know about using SSL-3 Hot bridge, tapped with Fender CS 69 neck and CS fat 50 middle non rw/rp?

Any difference in wiring or polarity of pickups?

I seem to recall they are not in phase with each other. I needed to reverse the leads on my SD bridge when used with Fender Neck and Mid pups.
