    Default JB pickups

Hi I'm new, and I just wanted to ask (sorry if it sounds stupid or generic) if they are differnet types of "JB" pickups.
For instance I see on a Jackson (the DK2M model) that a Seymour Duncan TB-4 JB is listed, whereas some other guitars are just marked "JB" generically. (SEYMOUR DUNCAN JB (B) / 59 (N) PICKUPS, sort of like that)

So I'd like to know if there is a "family" of JBs so to speak, different models, etc. Thanks and I hope to get some answers back!

I believe there is only 1 JB, the SH-4. I also believe it is listed as a bridge pickup.

The TB-4 is the same pickup as the JB only spaced wider for the Fender style bridges that have a slightly wider string spacing. Thus the terms F-spaced or trme-spaced.

But look at that, the Jackson DK2M has a bridge TB-4 JB as it is listed, do I miss something???

TB-4 and SH-4 are both JB's. the TB-4 is the tremspaced one.

It's more than just convincing, it's the truth

The '59 comes in bridge and neck models, the 59b is the bridge model, the 59n is the neck model. The 59 is also available as a trembucker, (TB instead of SH), that may only be the bridge model, not sure about that.
