i'm feeling the need to put in a good word

last week i bought a replacement grille for an SM57 mic from jack's music factory ( www.jacksmusicfactory.com ) and they seem to know how to do business really well.

i got it in the mail promptly, and was surprised to see that when i poened up the box the threw in a few little goodies... a decent pair of earplugs, some cable ties, and a little butterscotch candy . random for sure, but all things that can come in handy.

i've never ordered something where they throw in free extras like that. even though it may not mean much to some, it gives me the impression that they have every intention of treating their costumers the best they can. not to mention they sell decent stuff and a fair price.

Actually, I would imagine if there is thought behind the butterscotch candy, it's that a singer might make good use of them to soothe his voice...
