Already got it: Schecter goldtop PT with tapped 59 set.
OK, it would be better with a nice birdseye neck rather than the MIM, but still...

I want to get my hands on one of those Deans just to try it out.
Anyway, my dream guitar would be the perfect blend between a Les Paul and a Telecaster. Something with the bite and twang of a tele with the warm mid range of a Les Paul. Would somehow have to take the ergonomics of each one and mold them into a body shape that was perfect for me. Not sure where I'm going to find that one.
Duncan Pickups in currently in use: '59 (rewound to PATB-3)/'59, Custom 5/AP2H, Tapped QP set for Tele, Duncan Distortion, SP90-1/SP90-2

This is everything i need!Tone ,looks (okay maybe blue or cherry would be better) ,playaility ,sustain.....

That^
I'de probably have to get it custom (warmoth or sumthing). But someday I will own a silver sparkle tele with binding and a matching headstock. Although it probably won't happen anytime even remotely soon, cause I'm poor as hell.
Second choice (cheaper and deffinately easyer to just find at a store) would be a Muddy waters tele.
IDK if this is what I'd call my dream guitar...but if I had money to burn on a guitar this would be it.
LOST 100 ML
But really, this Time Capsule would do just fine
Another Hamer Standard Custom would be up there too, but I'd have to change some stuff..neck shape, binding, etc.
