    Question Question on 2 Pickups...

I'm working on a guitar project..I'm building a flying V...And, I'm looking to put a Dimebucker in the bridge position and a SH2 - Jazz in the Neck position..I picked the Dimebucker because I really loved Dimebag, AND it seems to have LOTS of distortion to it and I need that, and I picked the Jazz in the Neck position for solos because It seems to sound GREAT clean and not so bad distorted....But then I heard it might cause problems or something wierd...What's the deal with all this? Help is VERY much so appreciated!

its not that youll have problems, just that when you mix a high output pickup with a lower output pickup on tands to overpower the other, or there will be no similiar character between both.

if you dig how they sound - then it isnt a problem at all

you might not ever intend to use both of them at the same time

    enjoy - good luck

There should be no problems whatsoever.

Oh...It only has problems when you use both at the same time??? ..I'm fine then..I don't do that..I only use one at a time...

    Thanks,
