Talking Tunes from my 80s New Wave Band!

Goofy stuff I think these are from 1986. Sometimes we sounded like Joe Jackson and some times we sounded more like 70s rock or 60s pop.
Here are 3 tunes that I recently converted from old cassette tapes

In a girly voice, "Do you like Flock of Seagalls too?" That was really good Steve.

I can do a lot of those 80s songs from The Cars, Gary Myrick and Greg Khin.. stuff like that. My voice is a little deeper now but it's still pretty nasally :6:

Stevo if you have never listed to SHOES you really owe it to yourself to check them out. You can sample some of the stuff on iTunes. The first album is awesome, they never quite hit that marl again but alway sosme great stuff.

LOL, I actually wasn't really thinking about your voice. After listening to your music I had this flash of "The Wedding Singer" in the airport as Sandler was buying a plane ticket.

Interesting that you bring up that band. My bass player, from these recordings, used to listen to the Shoes. I will check them out again. We were all Cheap Trick fans too. That picture is my back end in front of about 2,000 people. We opened that gig with "Reach out and Take it" by CT.

JumpMarine I actually had a haircut like the wedding singer at one time

Wow that was absolutely fantastic! You guys should've gotten signed.

No I'm not sarcastic, the guy had a decent voice, good synth stuff, catchy music. That's just goofy as all get-out, but it's so fun!
