10-52's, 11-52's, or 11-54's for the most part. I also have some guitars with plain 10-46's, one with 9-46's, one with 13's (wound G), and one with 15-58's, which is primarily used for getting the Dick Dale sound.

For acoustics, 13's for everything except my old Martin parlor sized koa guitar, which requires silk and steels in order to hold together. Acoustics are all about tone, and nothing gets the most out of an acoustic like 13's. I will sacrifice some ease of play to get the best tone out of an acoustic.

12-59s on my acoustic; 10-45 on my Hamer T62 Strat-ish guitar; 9-43s on my Warmoth 72 Thinline; and 10-44 flats on my Warmoth tele standard. All Thomastik-Infeld. Why? Because those sets are what the guitars like!

Anyways. 9-42 for standard. 12-56 for the detuned stuff.

9 - 42: All 25.5" guitars- best feel for me
10 - 46: All my extended scale Schecter/ Ibanez models- need the extra bite to compensate tension
    95 - 44: All 24.75" guitars, can't do 10s on these, i prefer the 'in-between' feel
    10 - 74: For all 8-string guitars, I prefer D'Addarios...
