Scotty Moore, Cliff Gallup, Link Wray, Chuck Berry, Eddie Cochran, etc. all get the props for being the founding fathers of Rock N Roll guitar but Franny never gets his due. The man is 85 years old and still plays, that my friends is one seriously badass guitar slinger.

His playing with Bill Haley and the Comets is monstrous! I wasn't obviously alive a thte time but I have to figure there were a lot of players scared to death of a guy with Jazz chops like his rockin' out so hard with the Comets.
