    Default Weight of Halens 5150?

Anyone know if that was a heavy axe or light one?

I have heard that his Ash one was pretty much a Brick. True?

Jack Nicholson: It's not true. Some have great stories, pretty stories that take place at lakes with boats and friends and noodle salad. Just no one in this car. But, a lot of people, that's their story. Good times, noodle salad. What makes it so hard is not that you had it bad, but that you're that pissed that so many others had it good.

the 5150 debate has been around for ages as to it's body wood and weight... his old Frankie was said to weigh in a heavy ton... but some swear the 5150 is Poplar, some say it is alder, some say it is ash... even some have said basswood.... Kramer used Poplar and a lot of Maple for bodies in those days... very hard to say as i have never had that guitar in my hands before....

I will say a guy in a VH tribute act loves his copies made out of mahogany....
