Me to.

I knew I like him for some reason! He rules with a Strat, but that Tele is just completely dope!!!
I get weak in the knees at the sight of a vintage Fender amp!

No matter how he changes his gear and tone... You know it's always him... and you know he's always great...

It just proves the theory that the tone is in the hands.

The wicked Vaughan bros!!
Have seen this one a few times before...kills everytime
Jimmie is still responsible for me to love creme strats with maple necks...always thought that he looked so wickedly cool with that guitar!
I miss my guitarplayers from the 80's..lotsa great pictures of him!

He makes that Tele sound like a....a Strat! hehe
Good stuff from both Vaughan bros. That was pretty old Santana. Good Rory stuff too....the days of the endless solo.
Gibson KS 336, LP Standard, Special and Customs
Bogner, Orange, Tech 21 and Fender amps

Duncan, Bare Knuckle, WCR and Gibson pups

Hehe yeah...I love this kind of stuff!
More music than anything else!
Rory is one of my faves...I still cannot understand why he never got more famous...the man was wicked!![]()

I was SOOO lucky to be able to see both of them in concert. Rory from the 10th row opening up for Rush in 1982 at Madison Square Garden and SRV at the Meadowlands arena opening up for Robert Plant around 88. Both of them made my jaw drop.
My songs....enjoy! (hopefully)

I did security one time for The Fabulous Thunderbirds in a bar. It was after Jimmy had left them. All they were worried about was if I could score them some blow and some pot. Needless to say, they jammed that night!!

Awesome. I remember, 5-6 years ago I saw SRV on tv and he played Voodoo Chile..that was one of the "WTF?" moments, because it kicked me hard!

Late 80's, also was fortunate enough to see SRV & Jeff Beck together on tour. After they both played for about an hour each, then they came out together and dueled back and forth for 45 minutes. Should have heard them do Goin Down.
What I'd give to have bootleg of that show, and I know one exits out there somewheres. I have bootleg SRV dvds from Daytonna, Germany, Japan, and one from Texas. They look good on say 27 inch tv but quality is poor on big screen. Never figured why not more live SRV dvd's available That Daytonna show is just as good as montreux or el mocombo.
