So far in changing pickups I have used match sets. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to use a Hot Ceramic Pickup (Dimarzo Super Distortion) at the bridge with a Real Clean sounding Alnico pickup like SD Jazz on the neck....

Has anyone done something like this ???? If so is it sounding ok where you use both pups at the same time???
