Default How can you make Phat Cats compatible with PRS #7 pickups?

Hi, I have a heavily modified Godin sdxt in wich I installed 2 Phat Cats and the guitar just sounds incredible. However I since decided to convert it to a 3 pickups guitar with a PRS #7 at the bridge but I don't know how to make the pickup compatible with both of the Phat Cats. I would prefer to modifying the phat cats than modifying the PRS. Anyone can help me on this??

By the way the #7 came out of this guitar :

The guitar now has Burstbuckers 1 & 2 pickups and sounds wonderfull. It now pretty much gives the classic Les Paul sound.

Anyway, I'd really appreciate any input on how I could have those Phat Cats and the #7 in phase.

    Thanks!

Nobody has a clue on this?
Would just reversing the leads of the Phat Cats and flipping the magnets be OK? They do explain how to do it with 4 wire humbuckers in the FAQ but not with single coils.
