    Default Custom Rickenbacker replacement pickups

I just got the SD music man replacement system for my olp bass it kicks major ass!! Now I need higher ouput pickups for my RIC bass. But, I noticed the bridge pickup has the annoying belt buckle part built in. Can I order one with out the belt buckle part (I took that part off on my origanal PU's, it just gets in the way). P.S. Has any body tryed these out I'm scared they will change my ric's sound then it wont be a ric any more. I just want the same Ric sound but with more tone and output!!!! By the way I know Bartiolini makes these pickups too anybody tryed them both out?? Which one do you think are better the BARTI's or SD's, your input would greatly be appreciated!!! Thanks!!!!!

ive never tried either but im sure both will sound good and still sound like a ric. the uniqueness of the basses is part of its character and the reason people like em
