There's a Duncan P-90 stack, I believe. Kent Armstrong also makes one. Never tried the EMGs, though, I tend to fear active pickups.

those stack are only hum cancelling in the middle position

no routing goes on this guitar, hehe,
Then EMGs are my only option ?

I've played P100's and they are just lame. Thick, dull and lifeless, like rolling the tone pot on a real P90 back to about 4.
Haven't tried them myself but I've heard the Duncan P90 stacks aren't much better.
So I'm waiting for Kinman to come out with one.
In 1861 as the Confederate forces were about to fire on Fort Sumter, the blue and gray had infinitely more in common than the blue and red today. What fellowship can "the truth shall set you free" ever have with "there is no truth, only points of view", or "what is truth?"
Secession would be a horror. But barring a major national crisis like a Black Death magnitude epidemic or nuclear attack to erase once and for all the myth that truth is negotiable, it is coming.
I've always found stacked P90's leave a lot to be desired. I don't know if Duncan has any plans to add the technology from their Classic Stack Plus to the P90 arena, but that might be a nice idea.
I've found P90's respond fairly well to a complete shielding. There's usually enough room under the cover to simply wrap the pickup in shielding tape. It's far less tone-altering than a bottom coil, and it usually makes the P90 more manageable.
What about Dimarzio's Virtual P90? It's a side by side, but I havn't ever played one. It might be something to look into.

usually i dislike dimarzio, but after you pointed me in that direction and reading some reviews i shall try it out soon i think, right after i go shield all the cavities, though i heard p90s pick up more hum and even shielding has a long way till it helps

SD, Dimarzio, and I'm sure others make a variety of humbuckers which fit into P-90 slots.
Turn me on, Dead Man.
I have a set of Gibson P100s for sale - $85 shipped. PM me if interested.

I heard those once, they lack something the Gibson P90s have
Dimarzio won't get you there. It's a mini-hb.
Armstrong is said to be very accurate, but they're getting a redesign. Soon to be released.
This track uses the 1st release. They appear stock, but have 2 coils on their sides with in-coil mags.

I actually think Lace makes one of the best stacked P-90's as far as tone is concerned.
I'm not a fan of their Lace Sensors, but I understand these are a very different design, and they sound great. http://www.agi-lace.com/electric_pic...pbar_specs.php
But I'm dying to try a set of Lindy Fralin's new noiseless P-90's. He makes a wicked soapbar, and would never release a pickup unless it was world-class tone. http://www.fralinpickups.com/p90s.asp
I've tried Duncan's, Dimarzio, and Gibson's, and while they're all good, they do lack some of that P-90 mojo.
