I just put a set of Antiquity's in my Fender Nocaster & WOW! I have tried a bunch of different makers early 50's take on this pickup and all sounded really good but I just had a feeling that there was still something missing. I just got a Clark Tyger (3x10 tweed Bandmaster clone) and I am floored by the nasty, gritty down home swamp blues tone you get with a Nocaster, Antiquity's and a Analogman Sun Face Fuzz into the Clark.....God Bless Seymour, M. Clark, Fender & Analogman for giving me my tone!!

Love the Ants too! I also use them in my Nocaster. Livliest Tele bridge pickup I've ever used.
And Scott, it was great talking to you yesterday! Thanks! Lew Last edited by Lewguitar; 10-08-2004 at 08:07 AM. |
