Buckethead actually uses two different white LPs. One has just the lower killswitch, and the original toggle hole has a plastic plug in it. The other (not seen as often) has a killswitch in both spots, just like his new sig. I found a pic of the other one here...

EDIT: I would have guessed that they were in fact the same guitar, before and after mods, but the one pictured here looks like it has the standard black headstock face, the other has white.
his hands always look like paul gilbert's to me.

Thats not the real Buckethead i think.

I saw a guy in Youtube that had a guitar almost equal to that in the picture. Check that the hardware is not white, Looks like an Alpine White LP Studio modified by a fan or something.(well the no-inlays are difficult to get)

THIS is the real Buckethead guitar with 2 killswitches:

Wow I like it actually.

At first i looked at it and went - ewww, but now that I know it's bigger that's cool.

I want to make a bigger les paul myself. OUt of aluminum ofcourse. And this time I'll get some better quality wood. Oh man i still didn't show you guys my monster of a garbagecaster... it plays nice actually. Tuned down to D flat.

Wow. I think it's pretty awesome but way too expensive. There arent many guitars I'd pay that much for.

That thing looks very nice..but the two kill-switches makes no sense. I bet it's at least $4000.

Good guess. $4,311, but that's MSRP.

I made my explorer into a black buckethead type guitar... with the same kill switch in his personal guitars... a $1.50 radio shack soft touch momentary switch... why you ask? Listen to Jordan... can't do that with a toggle switch lol.

There's no electric guitar I'd pay that much for! Maybe for an old Martin acoustic with Appalachian Spruce and Brazilian Rosewood - if I had the bread. But for an electric guitar? No way. I just don't see the value there.

I think its cool that they offer a sig model that is actually quite unique. How many Strat sigs are just a different color and different name on the headstock?

I wish it came in a black finish as well. I actually don't mind the killswitches, I just wish they weren't RED. That's crazy ugly. They should match the color of the guitar. And yes, of course, way overpriced...but no surprise there.

It's Buckethead ... it's not supposed to make sense.

Again, I LOVE the white hardware. Is that just spray painted?
