There is a buttload of information on the web, and on this forum about Agile guitars.

Search.

Also, go to www.rondomusic.com --- that's the home website of Agile.

holy ****

Are the "Floyd Rose"s absolute trash or are they workable.

God some of them look awesome but I feel like I'm missing something as to why they can be so cheap.

I have the wide neck 3500 LP in cherry sunburst.

Had problems with electronics (bad contact on either the switch or the pickup wiring). But i had electronics issues on every guitar i bought from Rondo, except my Agile 7 string interceptor. These agile les pauls sound and play great. I highly recommend. Through a marshall it sounds close enough stock (ofcourse a PU change will be in order)

The Agile 7 string interceptor was expensive (500 US + tax) but it was worth it. It's a great guitar, with a very smooth playing neck, and the pickups sound great for distortion. The licenced floyd is solid enough to rely on for live. Don't expect clean tones from EMGs though...

If you want a demo of the 7 interceptor, check out my "The Loner" clip.

Thanks,
Alex

This one looks killer imo. I wonder what the quality will be compared to a real Les Paul or even a higher class Epiphone.

I've wanted one of these since forever. I actually like the looks of it more than similar Gibsons.

I own an Agile...and an SX GG5 that I completely re-gutted. (It's the one guitar I own that has those lovely paper in oil caps against a set of Gibson 490/498 pickups.)

Since this picture was taken, the Agile has been upgraded to SD Blackouts...

The biggest reason I wanted one? Rondo was the only company out there that was making anything even resembling a Les Paul in a left handed Silverburst model. So..I got a Dauntless and modded the hell out of it...

(I also ditched the tulips for Planet Waves locking tuners which seem to fit the personality of this guitar better.)

Here's a shot of the SX GG5. I think it needs some pinup girl decals....hahahahah...

I own a 3000 with a wide neck. I love it. It has stock alnico V pickups, which I like. Not going to upgrade it with anything - it is a nice guitar.. Had to upgrade the switch though. it was crap.

Sounds great for classic rock. Once played an outdoor gig with it through my marshall plexi, and bust into "The Ocean" by zeppelin on soundcheck, and couldn't stop. Went through a 5 tune Zeppelin medley with the drummer, and the people were staring open-mouthed.

I'm going to be participating in a Led Zeppelin cover band project so was thinking about getting one of those cherry burst agile LPs and replacing the pickups with GFS pups. And removing the bridge pickup cover of course

Best ones are the higher priced AL-3000Ms and their interceptors. For a LP style guitar, its great!!!

They even made a couple neck through ones awhile ago!!
