QUIET RIOT, the band who introduced the world to their groundbreaking #1 selling album Metal Health, are back after an eighteen month absence. Never one to sit still, Tommy Bolan (JB Junior for Strat) www.nyctheband.com has been recording and touring with his band N.Y.C.
