LIMITED WARRANTY

Seymour Duncan offers the original purchaser a one-year limited warranty on both labor and materials, starting from the day this product is purchased. We will repair or replace this product, at our option, if it fails due to faulty workmanship or materials during this period. Defective products should be returned to your USA dealer, international distributor, or sent direct to our factory postage prepaid along with dated proof of purchase (e.g., original store receipt) and a RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

Please call or email our factory for issuance of an RMA number. As you might expect, this warranty does not apply if you’ve modified the unit or treated it unkindly, and we can assume no liability for any incidental or consequential damages which may result from its use of this product. Any warranties implied in fact or by law are limited to the duration of this express limited warranty. Our legal people made us put that in.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. CALL Seymour Duncan Customer Service at (805) 964-9610 to request an RMA number. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST.

2. PACKAGE the pickup(s) securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

3. ENCLOSE the original, dated store receipt.

4. SHIP your return to:

We recommend using a shipping service that allows you to track your return so you can confirm we received your package.

The 21-day return policy applies to pickups only. Seymour Duncan stompboxes carry a one-year limited warranty. See the product manual for details. You can view the product manuals online via each stompbox’s product page.

If you purchased your pickup or stompbox outside the USA, please contact your local distributorfor the specific warranty details in your country. If you live outside the USA and purchased your product from a USA dealer, you can return it to the USA dealer, most likely at your expense. The dealer will return it to us. We’ll re-ship it to the dealer at our expense, but you’ll probably have to pay return shipping from the dealer to you. The moral of this story: Support your local dealer!
