Guitarist Dave Eichenberger composes ambient music using guitar technology and looping. His 50 hour/50 CD project, “Collectives” resulted in a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and the State of Florida, and his ambient compositions have been featured in film, TV and on live radio. Influenced by such diverse guitarists as Steve Howe, Ritchie Blackmore, Robert Fripp and Steve Morse, his unitque style keeps him in demand as both a session player and instructor. Somehow he also has time to perform and record with international singer/songwriter Julie Black. He has performed at major jazz and blues festivals and her 3 CDs have been on the charts in many countries around the globe. Dave is currently a blogger for Seymour Duncan and consults with many manufacturers on guitar and guitar technology-related products.
