    Default Is P-Bass pup humbucking?

    Is one of the coils of a Precision Bass RW/RP? Thus making it hum-canceling?

    Thanks;
    Artie

    Split coil P-bass pickups are hum-canceling; even the originals from '57.

Which is why many people play electric guitars but very very few of them are actually musicians.

    Yeah, they are! One of the many reasons why P Basses rock.

    Well, they sound good, but I don't have much of a point of reference. And, the action is in the clouds. My luthier friend is gonna help me set this up tomorrow. Film@11.

    Thanks Mincer. I've wanted a Fender bass since I was a teenager. This one kinda fell into my hands. I'll do a full review when I get her all dialed in. Even though I've had a sweet Tobias bass for quite a few years, there's just something about a Fender.
