Default Speaker swap strikes choppy seas.

What’s the most difficult time you’ve ever had changing out a speaker in a combo or cab?

Horror stories, high comedy, all are welcome.

Once I had to unscrew eight screws to get the speaker out. It was a nightmare.

    Nice

I guess a few enclosed vintage cabs I've had were disgusting on the inside with the padding and glued turning into a sewer

I pulled the speaker out of a Vox Night Train cabinet once to try it in my 4x12. It's a Vox-exclusive Greenback variant which was a pretty cool speaker. When I moved it back into the Vox cab, the cab was MDF, so the T nuts the speaker mounts to basically destroyed the MDF baffle, and I couldn't mount it back again. What a piece of **** cab.
