Join the Seymour Duncan team in bringing joy to the world through music. Our production group crafts the finest pickups available, delighting the musicians who use them in their guitars.

Seymour Duncan Team 2026

If you enjoy soldering, wiring, sewing, crafts, or generally working with your hands in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to consider an opportunity with us. Many of our associates start with no prior experience yet have helped us contribute to the creation of the “perfect” tone for guitar players. Spanish speaking candidates are fully embraced. And of course, we welcome experienced assemblers as well — guitar enthusiasts are especially encouraged to apply!

Experience a wide variety of production processes: winding machines, soldering, wiring, taping, testing, and packing. While we do daily ergonomic stretching with our team, it often evolves into a few minutes of dancing. We operate two shifts and accept part-time seekers on the second shift (after 4pm).

You just might be making the pickups used by your favorite guitarists — heavy metal, rock, blues, jazz, acoustic, or Latin. Come join our team.
